This is from the time the order is placed to when it is handed over to the delivery service.

We currently do not ship overseas but can make exceptions on certain products.

Please e-mail us at sales@hometogifts.co.uk with the product name and delivery location, so that we can advise on details & postage costs.

At times, unforeseen circumstances like postal/courier delays or strikes, can affect the timely delivery of goods.

This can greatly impact delivery times, affecting other courier services due to increased workload and staff constraints.

Please note that these delays are beyond our control, and refunds will only be considered if items are confirmed lost in transit.

Time of delivery shall not be the essence of the contract. We will not in any circumstances, be liable for indirect or consequential loss such as (but not limited to) loss of profit, pure economic loss, loss of market, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and similar loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused or the consequences of delay of delivery, however caused.

All orders will be delivered via courier or Royal Mail. 

Tracking information will be provided where possible.

It is your responsibility to ensure items purchased can fit through internal and external access points including passages, stairwells, landings and doorways on the way to the destination room.

We hold no responsibility for items not fitting in the premises and any damages caused.

Please Note: Goods will only be delivered to the door.

Upon delivery, you may be required to sign the delivery note.

It is your responsibility to check the items to ensure the goods delivered are as ordered, the correct quantity and that they are of satisfactory quality.

In the event of any discrepancy, you must notify us immediately upon delivery via e-mail stating the full details.

Home To Gifts UK is not responsible for any indirect or special damages, such as loss of income or damage to other property, that result from using or being unable to use the products you purchased.

We are also not responsible for delays or damages caused by things we can’t control, like shipping issues caused by couriers, natural disasters, or problems with third-party services.
