Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from the delivery date of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, incorrectly ordered bespoke/personalised items cannot be returned for any refund.

How to start a return
To start a return, please e-mail us at customerservices@hometogifts.co.uk . If your return is accepted, we’ll advice on the instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns are at your own cost unless it is faulty or damaged ( see below ).

Damaged and issues with order
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
Pictures of the damage must be sent to us, so that we can evaluate the issue and send a pre-paid postage label, if the return is accepted.
Please note - without proof of damage WE WILL NOT start the returns/refund process. This will then cause a delay or the return will be cancelled.
Change of mind returns & refunds
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. You can return eligible items within the 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund.
Returns will be at your own cost.
Refunds will ONLY be for the original purchase including any paid delivery fees.
The refund process for change of mind returns will ONLY begin once the item has been delivered, and you have contacted us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
On sale items, returns will be accepted on a discretionary basis and will be advised to you accordingly.
Refunds Policy
We will be able to offer a full refund if you have contacted us within the 14 days from delivery date of receiving your items.
Any refund, will not exceed the purchase price, and will include any paid delivery fees.
You will be refunded back onto your original payment method. Please allow 3-7 working days for any refund to be processed, and equal amount of time for it to show within your payment method.
Also please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund from their side.
Refund will be issued, once the order has been returned back to us and checked.

Limitation of Liability
Home To Gifts UK is not responsible for any indirect or special damages, such as loss of income or damage to other property, that result from using or being unable to use the products you purchased.
We are also not responsible for delays or damages caused by things we can’t control, like shipping issues caused by couriers, natural disasters, or problems with third-party services.
